Responsibilities

• Conducts comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and searches phrases relevant to our industry and market
• Analyzes and optimizes website architecture, content, and metadata to improve search engine visibility and rankings with on-page elements such as Titles, Headings, Meta tags and URLs
• Develops and implements link-building strategies to enhance our online presence and credibility
• Monitors and analyzes SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the marketing team
• Collaborates with content creators to ensure content is SEO-friendly and effectively targets our desired audience
• Stays up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement of our SEO strategies
• Identifies and addresses technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content
• Works closely with the marketing team to support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS
• Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, or Moz
• Proven experience of improved search engine results
• Google Analytics and SEO certifications preferred
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
