The SEO/SEM Online Marketing Lead is focused on maintaining a high level of strategic support to expand our current footprint in the marketplace. You will work directly with the Director of Marketing and the Vice President, along with members of the sales and business development team, and you will be responsible for planning and executing SEO/SEM related marketing tactics and campaigns, such as: keyword research, onsite and offsite optimization, email blasts, data/analytics, marketing automation campaigns, website content, blogs, and more. The primary focus is on SEO and SEM online/digital marketing, and the ideal candidate possesses excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational abilities and a strong work ethic. This position affords the successful candidate an amazing opportunity to grow with the company, and to work with many exciting customers that include pharmaceutical companies, hospital systems and medical specialty associations.



Oversee SEO strategy, including both onsite and offsite ranking factors
Manage all data and analytics for website and app (e.g. Google Analytics)
Build and maintain automated (trigger-based and nurturing/customer journey) marketing campaigns
Oversee SEO strategy, including both onsite and offsite ranking factors
Support marketing content creation to increase organization traffic and conversions, including landing pages and blog posts
Implement paid media strategy, including PPC platforms and retargeting
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization on website and mobile app

Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
College degree
3+ years of proven online marketing experience
3+ years of experience with marketing analytics software
3+ years of experience with SEO, including onsite and offsite SEO
3+ years of experience with content creation, specifically for SEO and CRO
1+ years of experience with retargeting tools
Ability to work in Sanford, FL office, at least 3 days per week on average
