Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies in alignment with Camping World’s marketing objectives and overall business goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and high-potential search terms for various product categories and content types.
Optimize Camping World’s website structure and content to improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and user experience.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and platforms to identify opportunities for improvement and assess the impact of implemented strategies.
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that on-page SEO best practices are followed, and new content is optimized for search engines.
Stay abreast of industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to continuously refine and enhance the SEO strategies.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, and leverage insights to maintain a competitive edge in organic search results.
Implement technical SEO improvements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and structured data markup, to enhance website performance and visibility.
Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the domain authority and backlink profile of Camping World’s website.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate SEO strategies with other marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and content marketing.
Monitor and manage local directories (Google My Business, Bing Places, Apple Maps, etc…) for over 200 locations through aggregate tools
Provide regular reports and performance updates to management, highlighting key metrics and progress towards SEO goals.
Identify and resolve potential SEO issues, such as crawl errors, duplicate content, and broken links.
Work closely with external SEO agencies or consultants to ensure the successful execution of SEO initiatives.

•Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
•In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building.
•Proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz Local or similar platforms.
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
•Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to manage an in-house team along with agency partners
•Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•Passionate about the outdoor and recreational industry, with an understanding of RVs, and related products is a plus.
