Torklaw is seeking a talented SEO Specialist to help optimize our online presence and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for staying on top of the latest trends and techniques in the industry. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, link building, content creation and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings.
  • Develop and implement link building strategies to increase website authority and referral traffic as well as clean backlink profiles.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Manage off-page directory listings, profiles, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve Torklaw’s SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content marketing strategies that support SEO goals

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a law firm or other professional services setting.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Experience with website optimization and content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. TorkLaw is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
