Work you’ll do As an SEO Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in helping us continue to deliver on great work for our existing clients as well as helping lead new business pitches for the practice. You will be responsible for developing great relationships with clients and focus on mining for growth opportunities. You will lead the development of effective strategies for our clients, ensuring we’re delivering on client objectives and helping bolster brands’ digital presence. You will lead a team of more junior to mid-level SEO strategists and ensure effective project delivery, including strategic development, execution and reporting. The team Advertising, Marketing & Commerce Our Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team focuses on delivering marketing and growth objectives aligned with our clients’ brand values for measurable business growth. We do this by creating content, communications, and experiences that engage and inspire their customers to act. We implement and operate the technology platforms that enable personalized content, commerce and marketing user-centric experiences. In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. We serve our clients through the following types of work:

Qualifications Required:

+ 3+ years of full-time agency or consulting SEO experience required

+ Strong project management skills; ability to triage and prioritize many competing needs

+ In depth experience with SEO tools like DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, Brightedge, Conductor; and analytics tools Omniture, Google Analytics, Search Console/Webmaster Tools

+ Extensive knowledge and experience in both technical and content-driven SEO

+ Experience with enterprise sites and large client organizations, and platforms like Salesforce-Demandware, AEM, Hybris, ATG

+ Experience helming site migrations and redesigns

+ Comfortable interacting regularly with both technical subject matter experts as well as business owners of all organizational levels, presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand, and tailoring it to different audiences

+ Ability to offer and defend solutions to business problems based on experience and best practices

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now, or at any time in the future

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; and Powerpoint and MS Excel

+ Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

+ Bachelor or Associates Degree

+ Experience with web development a plus

+ SEM experience a plus

+ Forecasting and performance modeling experience a plus

+ Experience with VoC and UX testing (e.g., A/B, Optimizely) a plus

+ HTML, CSS – especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM, aka “CQ” products), JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

+ Experience optimizing for Baidu a plus
