Remote Senior Frontend Platform Engineering Manager

A medical research and healthcare company is in need of a Remote Senior Frontend Platform Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Manage the team building the software that powers all of our web and mobile applications
Act as a player-coach
Standardize and scale our frontend and React Native mobile codebases
Position Requirements Include:

6+ years shipping front-end / mobile code in high-quality production environments
3+ years of experience managing and providing technical leadership to engineering teams
Experience building platforms with React or similar framework
Experience building & mentoring a diverse, inclusive engineering team
Track record of partnering cross-functionally to build roadmaps and deliver quantifiable impact
Able to provide technical guidance to teams on frontend / mobile development and drive adoption of best practices
