Crawford Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager for a global technology client of ours. This Digital Marketing Project Manager will own the relationship with the web team to support the cross-functional teams in North America. This Digital Media organization is responsible for delivering high-quality leads to sales that convert into pipeline revenue. One will work with several teams across both Document Cloud and Creative Cloud to source their quarterly requests for production. One will also partner with the Demand Gen teams to build out the Analytics dashboards to provide greater insight into top-of-funnel performance. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional marketing partners in campaign, paid media, email, and webinars. This Digital Marketing Project Manager will join a team of Demand Generation Managers who execute paid media strategies across several channels supporting different B2B products. The ideal candidate has a strong background in analytics, testing, identifying trends, and communicating that out to stakeholders. This person will be asked to serve as the subject matter expert for B2B while focusing on improving the overall experience for B2B prospects.
Work with cross functional DME teams to develop analytics dashboards providing greater visibility into the top of funnel activity occurring on the website
Launch end to end B2B personalization experience on the website for their ABM High Penetration and Document Cloud Enterprise audiences
Partner with Marketing Operations to set up and manage the intake request process inside of Workfront for Document Cloud and Creative Cloud across all regions
Lead paid media testing efforts on the website while documenting and sharing out performance results
Meet with regional partners to better understand their B2B website needs and how to support them
Provide reporting on phone numbers used on strategic paid media pages on the company website
Manage Drift/Jarvis Chat playbook experience across the company website for both Document Cloud and Creative Cloud while providing visibility into reporting and performance
Provide weekly updates in DME newsletter pertaining to key B2B website page performance, total number of traffic, top SEO keywords, changes made to the website, and new pages that went live
