SUMMARY:  We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead and manage all of Baker’s B2C digital lead gen and user acquisition activities, including paid media digital channels, analytics, landing page optimization, reporting, paid lead programs and SEO.

 

In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will also manage a lighter version of the same channels for a Baker-acquired solar company in Arizona, Streamline Solar, where extensive growth is expected.  This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to create, grow and lead any an expanding company.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Develop and execute strategies and tactics that ensure quarterly HVAC and Solar digital lead gen targets are hit/exceeded via:
    • Paid Media
      • Google Ad suite – paid search, display, retargeting, YouTube, performance max, etc.
      • Social media ads:  Meta, NextDoor, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit
      • OTT & CTV ad buys and optimization
    • Website Analytics/Management, including GA4, Search Console and Google Tag Manager
    • Purchased Lead management and optimization, including AngiLeads/HomeAdvisor, SolarReviews, Google LSAs, and others
    • Expansive remarketing campaigns across multiple mediums
  • Digital Paid Media strategy and optimization
  • Managing the digital marketing budget and developing and tracking KPI’s
  • Digital thought leadership and strategy development
  • Website UI/UX
  • Agency management and leadership
  • Build upon Baker’s demand generation strategy and bringing new ideas to expand the current digital user acquisition
  • Support all components of digital campaigns: landing pages, calls to action, conversion tracking, content creation, A/B testing, calculating statistical significance

 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION:

  • 3-7 years’ experience working in a digital marketing position preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a multi-channel, digital, B2C lead gen business
  • Demonstrable in-depth knowledge, skills and experience in Lead Gen, Paid Media, Search, Social Media, SEO, Email, Marketing Automation, UI/UX and Content Marketing for B2C businesses
  • 3+ years’ experience in GoogleAds and GoogleAnalytics (years of experience can be measured against certifications, project portfolio) – prefer class on Google 4
  • Unbounce or similar landing page optimization experience
  • SalesForce and ServiceTitan CRMs
  • Ability to balance workload and hit deadlines and deliverables
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Motivation to meet and exceed goals
  • Experience with marketing automation

  • Are a team player and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • Have worked in and understand a digital lead gen operation, from the top of the funnel to conversion to re-engagement and upsell
  • Are analytical, data-driven, results-focused, and know how to use state of the art reporting and KPI’s to optimize marketing programs to improve ROI, drive growth, and meet overall company goals and metrics
  • Have excellent written, verbal, communication skills.
  • Want to shape and champion Baker and Streamline’s digital marketing efforts with ownership over channel spend and strategy
  • Love building, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.  Baker provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
