A major healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Tech Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:
Collecting data for server moves, switch upgrades, and other data center projects into our required tools
Monitoring Change Control tickets via the corporate standard ITSM tool
Providing Technical Support, Provisioning Tasks and Vendor Management
Qualifications for this position include:

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience with Data Center/Raised Floor/Critical Facility space and support teams
3+ years of experience working in a data center environment or equivalent technology background
3+ years of working with a DCIM product in support of Critical Environments
3+ years of working experience with Microsoft Office Suite
