At DFIN, we’re building out Marketing to be a fast-paced, digitally-focused, revenue-generating team. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified Digital Marketing manager to work on this team. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing Marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. In addition to prior Digital Marketing experience, the ideal candidate must be a team player and organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for SEO/PPC initiative, ABM campaigns and our website, DFINSolutions.com as detailed below:
Work in collaboration with external PPC / SEO agency to strategize, plan, and execute SEO, pay-per-click, display outbound campaigns.
•Craft and manage PPC & SEO initiatives.
•Perform full keyword research and develop related strategies.
•Continuous analysis of paid search campaigns to identify potential opportunities, provide recommendations for optimization through copy, keywords, ad groups, targeting, bidding and landing pages.
•Manage digital advertising budget and spend, including bid management.
•Define, monitor, and analyze trends.
Work in collaboration with marketing and product marketing team to create ABM strategy, approach, and calendar.
•Oversee marketing side of 6Sense (e.g., Display campaigns)
•Develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling to achieve sales goals.
•Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics.
•Create annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets for targeted sales accounts and contacts that focus on new logos and accelerate existing opportunities.
•Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas.
•Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.
Work with external web agency to ensure that UX, design, development and content strategy are contributing to our digital marketing goals and plans.
•Define content development, syndication, distribution, and link-building strategies.
•Analyze and translate data from web analytics into actionable plans.
•Develop plans and implement to take DFINsolutions.com personalization strategy to next level.
•Actively work to improve site speed and page ranking.
•Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations.
•Leverage dashboards to monitor metrics.
Skills & Capabilities:
•Work collaboratively with external agencies and larger Marketing / Sales Enablement team to effectively execute strategies and tactics in an agile way.
•Communicate effectively, efficiently and empathetically across the organization, internally and externally.
•Identify and maximize new opportunities in pursuit of Marketing / DFIN company growth & goals.
•Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results.
•Follow industry trends and drive innovation. Contribute to projects, process changes, and rollouts.
•Create monthly and quarterly business reviews & other executive-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing for key strategic initiatives.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience
•5 – 7 years’ experience in Marketing
•2 – 3 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing Manager role in a SaaS company
Experience or proficiency with the following:
•Content Management System (Website)
•6Sense platform (or like display/intent system)
•Full Circle application (or like marketing attribution platform)
•PPC / SEO tracking & reporting
•Salesforce CRM expertise
