SEO Specialist

Job Description
This is a remote position.

As an SEO specialist, you have to identify strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of website visitors and obtain high ranks in the search engine result pages.
Your experience should include organic and paid On-page/Off-page optimization to improve the brand value of the company in positive aspects.

 

Responsibilities of an SEO specialist:
Implementing SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies for generating more leads for the business opens up new opportunities.
Optimizing the content for marketing as per the latest algorithm

Technical WordPress and Cpanel management expertise would be an added advantage to the profile.

Checking search terms, rankings, and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites, identifying areas for improvement, and successful implementation.

Engaging with other businesses (affiliates) to explore link-building opportunities.

Employing user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to enhance website performance and convert visitors into active users.

Driving targeted and loyal traffic to the website by building a solid online community.

Utilizing social media platforms to distribute content and encourage external sites to link to your content. This helps increase your website’s authority and visibility, ultimately driving more organic traffic.

Monitoring the algorithms set by search engines to stay up-to-date with any changes.

 

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search performance.

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of SEO specialists.

In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
