Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Content Specialist to join our eCommerce team to manage content and help us grow our online presence.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct in-depth competitive research of the marketplace, audiences, and competitors
  • Create optimized content based on concrete data and insightful research to increase organic traffic to our Amazon listings
  • Develop content based on specific marketing strategies, target audience, brand voice and other brand guidelines
  • Create captivating, persuasive copy for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, product pages, digital ads, social media and blogs
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest in Social Media and Pop Culture as it relates to the brand
  • Be your own toughest critic, use editing tools and your keen eye for detail to make sure your draft is top-notch
  • Ensure projects are on-time, error-free, and properly constructed based on requirements
  • Update product pages as new formats are created or improved over time
  • Maintain ownership and responsibility, including QA, throughout the lifecycle of all projects
  • Maintain personal daily and weekly production schedule while ensuring senior management is routinely updated


Position Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of copywriting experience at a successful D2C brand or digital marketing agency required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Creative copywriting, grammar, spelling, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a foundational understanding of the Ecommerce industry/landscape. Applicants without this experience will not be considered
  • Deep understanding of the difference between Web copy, email copy, social copy, blog copy, etc.
  • Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest Proficiency- strong overall knowledge of the social media landscape preferred
  • Ability to turnover high-quality work quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • An idea person – able to contribute with ideas, campaign concepts, and more.


Skills You Need:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Search Engine Optimization & various keyword research techniques
  • Understanding of Google Suite
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (basic sorting, filtering, and search skills)
  • Familiarity with digital asset management tools, image hosting platforms, and content management systems
  • Experience with Amazon product listings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $62,500.00 per year


  • Paid time off


  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
