About the role

**OPEN TO CANDIDATES BASED IN PARSIPPANY, NJ OR EVANSVILLE, IN**The Enfamil digital team at Reckitt is made up of Site, App, 1:1 product teams, fulfillment, data science, SEO, content editors, and data architects. Working together this team connects with millions of expecting and new mothers to support them on their journey through motherhood and infant nutrition. This organization is situated within the marketing organization and is directly connected with brand teams driving the brands under Enfamil and innovation.As part of the Site & App Team you will be core to connecting and providing value to our mothers with educational content relevant to their search queries. Your work will be directly attributed to the overall growth of the business, and you will be highly visible to business leadership. As SEO Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the Website Product Manager to develop SEO roadmap, assess and report out on SEO performance, run technical audits and prioritize SEO backlog, and managing/mentoring an SEO Content Writer. You are passionate about creating and contributing to the creation of great consumer-centric search relevant content, and this shows in your past work. You are a strategic and analytical thinker, you work well with others, and you always put the consumer’s needs against all else.  You’re both a thinker and a doer – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. Your work will support our mission to nourish the world’s children for the best start in life by keeping our consumer and HCP sites, helpful, up-to-date, and contextually relevant for moms, expecting moms, and their doctors. The role involves having an entrepreneurial can-do spirit, data driven analytical thinking and discipline to deliver enhancements on time and target results. Your responsibilities

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Craft and implement robust search engine optimization strategies aligned with our brand’s goals.
  • Manage SEO implementation and optimization efforts across various platforms, including web properties, YouTube, and App Store Optimization (ASO).
  • Manage both onsite and offsite optimization projects including thorough keyword research, technical SEO audits, content and copy optimization, and off-page optimization initiatives such as link-building.
  • Have deep understanding of critical keyword research platforms. Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
  • Serve as the SEO Subject Matter Expert for US Nutrition at Reckitt.
  • Continually monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Collect and analyze data related to traffic, rankings, technical, and other SEO metrics. Regularly report on performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, YouTube, social media and internet marketing industry updates, trends and developments.
  • Understand and advise on importance of content creation for organic search (SEO).

 

KPIs:

  • Improved SEO site traffic
  • Improved organic EFB enrollments
  • Improved on-site behavioral metrics (reduced bounce rate, increased pages per session, increased scroll rates)
  • Improved SERP rankings (Page 1, Rich Results)

 

The experience we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field of study.
  • 5+ years of organic search experience.
  • Proven track record of creating highly optimized content that ranks on Google
  • Strong knowledge of web and application development, capabilities, processes & web development technologies.
  • Experience participating in sprint and release planning activities managed in an Agile environment through the use of Agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to identify and resolve site health issues, including mobile friendliness
  • Experience working with CMS and administering content in CMS environment
  • Experience leveraging analytics to drive insight and action.
  • Experience with website analysis using several analytics tools including SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SimilarWeb.
  • Strong knowledge of Analytics Software and high level of comfort building reporting for the team and leadership (Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions with an understanding of technical feasibility and watch for issues in implementation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results driven environment.

 

The skills for success

  • Familiarity with Umbraco, Drupal, HTML, and CSS basics.
  • Experience with web analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Looker (Data) Studio, Google Tag Manager, A/B Tasty, HotJar, etc.
  • Comfort with project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, SmartSheet, Monday, Clickup

US salary ranges

 USD $130,000 – $196,000

 

US pay transparency
