"The search engine optimization specialist analyzes, reviews and executes changes to websites so that they are optimized for search engines. The role will implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility, and is also able to perform QA Testing. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Technical monitoring, monitor Content King alerts to determine impacts and communicate impacts to Omni website strategy team, run weekly & monthly audits on the website to find crawl errors and report on the fixes done every month, manage our “source of truth” document to verify that all meta data and tags on the website stay in-tact after releases (pages in PROD are still accurate), Support website crawls using Screaming Frog, QA and Release support, conducts thorough QA of web properties in both lower and production environments, including but not limited to testing of meta descriptions, headings, URL naming, internal linking, and content. Resolves tickets within JIRA, lead the ongoing testing of referral testing on the website to ensure phone numbers and tracking codes properly pass downstream through all web systems. Lead the annual phone number validation testing (calling all numbers to validate the correct IVR, brand, etc.), lead the launch checklist process to ensure all tasks are tracked and completed, support the team with Adobe Analytics reporting including creating segments, looking at click paths, building dashboards, etc., generate SEO reports (including adobe data & reports) with KPI identification and meaningful, actionable insights for the business and stakeholders, add keywords into Conductor (or other applicable tracking tools) as needed, monitor internal site search reports to identify optimization opportunities. Operations Management: oversee SEO & website optimization work process, from ticket logging to task completion, manage ticket tracking in Airtable report, track PRJ budget spend for open items, partner with IT/scrum teams to ensure timely and accurate website enhancements. Content Optimization: continuous content monitoring to identify user trends in website behavior, proactively provide insights into user behaviors on the website, monitor internal site search to identify areas for content gaps on the website. Overall: conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords relevant to the website's content and target audience, stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure the website remains competitive in search engine rankings, presentation skills: presenting visual content effectively to teams, clients, or the public, quality control: ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output in all SEO deliverables and data security: handling sensitive data responsibly and in compliance with data privacy regulations. Requires a bachelor’s degree in any stream /marketing/BBA/computer related field, SEO, Google Analytics certification, experience with Adobe Analytics is a must. At least 6 - 7 years of relevant experience, knowledge and experience in Search Engine Optimization, website management, creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative SEO strategies, hands-on expertise in website analysis using Adobe Analytics, GA360, Google Search Console, experience with QA and lower environment testing, knowledge of Tableau and JIRA, should be able to track website performance trends, industry trends and convey to the stakeholders, understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods, hands on experience on keyword research and data mining tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Conductor), comfortable in analyzing high volumes of data daily, ability for quick turn arounds on MS PowerPoint decks, excel files for the senior leadership ,understanding of the Healthcare industry is a plus and very strong communication skills.
