Job Responsibilities
Main responsibility of the SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist would be SEO, Updating of website, Google Ads, and Helping out with Social Media content. You must own the marketing function as a whole.
On-page
- Conduct keyword mapping to ensure the websites content are optimised for search engines.
- Optimise on-page element such as meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structure to improve website visibility and crawlability.
- Manage and optimise tags including meta tags, title tags, alt tags and using Google Tag Manager enhance website search engines rankings.
Content
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities to create high quality content that are relevant to the target audience.
- Conduct content analysis to ensure its up to date, accurate, and aligned with our brand messaging.
Off-page
- Monitor and analyse backlink profile and identify opportunities for link building to build websites’ online authority and reputation.
- Optimised GMB profile to enhance local search visibility.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and white-hat link-building techniques.
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with influencers, bloggers, and other website owners for link acquisition and content promotion.
SEM
- Use data driven decision to develop and implement ad campaign to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Implementing re targeting ad campaign to promote the brand to audiences with prior interest.
- Daily monitoring of the ad campaigns to ensure they are running smoothly and rectify any errors.
- Manage Google Ads to ensure campaigns are driving targeted traffic to websites.
- Interpret data on ad impressions, clicks, click-through rates (CTR), conversion. tracking, and other PPC metrics and report of the results.
Social Media
- Developing & implementing social media plans
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies in alignment with the company's goals and target audience.
Content Creation
Create compelling, high-quality, and engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and infographics. Aligned with the company brand brie and guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 5 years overall experience as SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist
- Sound knowledge on Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights and make data driven recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO industry trends.
- Update to date knowledge of the latest SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in website analysis and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with other SEO/SEM team leader, team members, managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Exceptional written & verbal English communication skills
