Job Description

As the AU SEO & SEM Specialist, you will be doing:

Paid Search Strategy & Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other Meta platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing search terms.
  • Manage and allocate budgets to ensure optimal ad spend and cost efficiency.
Ad Copy & Landing Page Optimization
  • Create or collaborate with the Content team to develop compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure landing pages are optimized for user experience and conversion rates.
Bid Management & Audience Targeting
  • Monitor and adjust bids to maintain competitive ad placements.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies for remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
  • Utilize demographic, geographic, and behavioral data to refine audience targeting.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular, actionable reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum years of relevant experience in the Digital Marketing sector.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in PPC/SEM advertising, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta platforms, Google Analytics, and PPC bid management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in SEO best practices and strategy implementation.
    • Familiarity with additional ad platforms or programmatic advertising.
    • Knowledge of landing page design principles and UX optimization.
