Consumer Attorney Marketing Group (CAMG) is a nationwide advertising agency that combines media buying expertise, legal industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective TV, radio, SEO/digital, publishing, and out-of-home (OOH) direct response marketing campaigns.

We are currently accepting applications for a Manager, Web Operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate unceasing attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, strong and thorough communication capability, a “can do” attitude as well as the ability to multi-task, handle pressure, and adhere to deadlines set by clients and executive management.

Essential Job Functions

• Establish and own process on website tagging, tracking, and analytics, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Ability to support a suite of technologies and applications such as WordPress, Unbounce, Zapier, and APIs
• Monitor and maintain the operational readiness of all landing pages and microsites
• Maintain and communicate web release calendars across internal development, production teams, and external vendors
• Analyze operational data from platforms to optimize tracking
• Project manage critical and accelerated projects within the CAMG environment
• Provide support resolving functional and system issues identified or escalated by Business Partners
• Coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams to investigate problems
• Work with internal customers to understand requirements and implement configuration changes
• Manage ad-hoc website functional enhancement projects, including planning (scoping, estimation, resourcing) and execution
• Actively work to support the project team by facilitating constant communication in weekly updates to keep the team focused on delivering results
• Understand and support teams as they plan and implement campaigns

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
• Demonstrated experience in website management and maintenance
• 3-5 years of experience in project managing web and/or mobile projects
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets use
• 2-3 years of SQL working experience and a solid understanding of PHP and JavaScript
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Content Management Systems, including WordPress and Unbounce
• Extensive knowledge of working in a multi-site environment and managing technical projects or website releases that are consumer-facing
• Good understanding of an agile development environment
