Who You Are

As the Web Marketing Intern for ACE, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge of marketing by supporting the execution of day-to-day marketing operations. You demonstrate a desire to learn and have a growth mindset. You are a team player and enjoy working closely with marketing leadership.

  • Must be “self-motivated” as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
  • Must be collaborative in driving decisions and a team-player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Builds and maintains student satisfaction.
  • Recognizes and anticipates student needs.

Day to Day Responsibilities
In this role you will wear different hats, but your skills will be especially essential in the following areas

  • Supports updates and maintenance on the ACE.edu website and landing pages
  • Assists with our website service desk process and associated changes
  • Helps identify, troubleshoot and test website issues
  • Helps measure website, traffic and perform optimization testing
  • Assists in competitor website research and evaluation
  • Takes part in formal and informal training opportunities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Current student at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in: Computer Science, Web Development, or Similar
  • Commitment to learning and developing your skills.
  • Solid understanding of basic web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and basic CMS functionality. Wordpress specific knowledge is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization a bonus
  • Good interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Available for 15-25 hours per week. More hours may be available as needed.
