We are looking for a candidate with experience building and implementing impactful search engine optimization (SEO) campaign strategies for individuals and businesses, providing unsurpassed client service and executing successful SEO campaigns across multiple client verticals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Below is a list of daily responsibilities you would be expected to perform.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a detailed strategy and timeline for each client campaign.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for “successful” campaigns so that everyone can understand and complement client goals and business objectives.
Monitor, evaluate, and adjust strategy based on actual campaign results. Set goals based on analysis and strategy.
Manage and direct account responsibilities for clients, including managing third-party vendors and suppliers (e.g., content creation, content placement, link building).
Stay current on new search engine optimization, reputation management, social media, and online marketing trends and implement strategies and tactics to meet client goals and exceed client expectations.
Develop monthly reports demonstrating the value of our services.
Advise and recommend solutions to the Sales and Project Management team.
Participate in business development, draft and review client proposals, and communicate with clients as necessary.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience as an SEO Associate, account manager or account executive at a digital agency
Deep knowledge of search engine optimization, including SEO fundamentals and technical SEO
Positive problem-solving Attitude – Enjoy coming to work, helping and working with team members, meeting deadlines, and always finding ways to look at the bright side of things
Strong work ethic and business acumen
Experience with or ability to quickly learn project management software, such as Slack, Wrike, etc.
Ability to manage many projects with various deadlines and meet those deadlines.
Maintain a strict level of client confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others.
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Creativity
Ability to quickly understand the client’s online goals and develop a strategy to create high value content that meets high standards.
Ability to manage and regularly surpass client expectations.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Basic knowledge of Public Relations.
Organizational Ability – Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments
Intellectual Ability – Accurately and consistently follows instructions, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task – Manage multiple tasks under distracting conditions
Communication skills – Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer Skills – Comfortably and confidently uses a computer, the internet and specialized software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.)
Team Player – like really a team player!
Experience in online reputation management and Remote / Work from home environment is a PLUS!
