POSITION SUMMARY

 

We are looking for a committed Search Engine Optimization Specialist to bring Jeff Sekinger’s marketing to the next level. In this role, you will work with our growth oriented  team to help Jeff Sekinger’s company 0 Percent propel the business’s presence and online search relevance. We are seeking an individual that takes pride in creating the most effective SEO strategy for lead generation. To be successful within this position you will need to be a results and analytical committed person.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Develops SEO improvements based on data-driven analysis and proactively implements them
  • Leads all SEO initiatives, including on-page, off-page, content, and technical strategies
  • Encourage and build inbound organic search traffic to increase lead generation
  • Create search strategies timelines, calendars, and goals
  • Collaborate with marketing team and other departments to align SEO strategies
  • Builds and presents analytics reports, site audits, keyword analysis reports, and competitive analysis reports to company leadership team
  • Collaborates with colleagues from other departments and advises them on SEO best practices

KEY COMPETENCIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all inclusive.

  • Knowledge of how to optimize SEO for lead generation
  • Proficient computer skills, wordpress ,elementor including  Google Work Space applications  understanding of HTML, CSS, and managing programs such as Hubspot
  • In depth understanding of Google Analytics and other SEO services, online tracking tools, webmaster tools, back-end SEO, and metadata
  • Proven success in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
  • Proven success in identifying and creating campaigns for target audience engagement
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategy
  • Knowledge of how social media, product releases, web releases, marketing campaigns and related strategies go hand in hand with SEO
  • Ability in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluation
  • Excels at multitasking and project management
  • Meets deadlines and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of crypto currency space and industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong working relationships

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or High School Diploma (required)
  • Bachelor’s (BA or BS) or higher in business, marketing, or related field; (preferred)
  • Minimum (3) years experience in SEO, marketing (required)
  • Experience in cultivating SEO keywords and phrases to drive web traffic (required)
  • Minimum (3) years identifying and creating campaigns for target audience engagement (required)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking
  • Ability to work in an office environment setting
  • Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
