The Digital team is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior SEO Strategist who will combine their advanced understanding of SEO with strong attention to detail to carry out strategy and reach client goals. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deepen your knowledge of SEO and work with a diverse team to learn, grow, and deliver excellent solutions to our clients.

About you:

The ideal Sr. SEO Strategist will have:

A deep understanding of search engine optimization and a passion for following the SEO industry to proactively responding to the changing search landscape
The ability to listen to clients and understand the strategy to best serve their needs
Outstanding attention to detail in order to deliver high quality work
Motivation to collaborate with a team and develop the best solutions for clients
Savvy in data extraction, manipulation, visualization, and analysis to drive insights and craft actionable recommendations in support of client objectives
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to represent and influence discussions involving quantitative concepts

What you’ll do:
Conduct website audits to identify areas of strategic opportunity for organic search growth
Plan onsite and offsite SEO strategy in collaboration with team leaders
Take an active role in peer review to help team members learn and grow their skills
Work closely with the Senior Manager to test new processes for emerging optimization opportunities and train others to follow these processes
Use analytics to measure and track performance of strategic goals and SEO efforts
Respond to client requests, clearly communicate answers to their questions, and lead meetings to collaborate on initiatives for strategic growth

What you’ll need:
3-5 years experience in either an in-house or agency SEO position
In-depth understanding of technical SEO elements such as schema, HTML, and Javascript
Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, ahrefs, Screaming Frog
Experience with data analysis tools (Google Data Studio) and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) preferred
Client-facing experience and excellent presentation skills
Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
A curious, self-starting work ethic focused on problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A positive outlook, flexibility, and ability to learn
