We are looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategy.
About This Role
This Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a critical role in the Hologram Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for content and community and is well versed in creating integrated marketing campaigns. They will be charged with continuously raising the bar on digital content, and contributing to shaping the digital strategy to increase awareness of Hologram.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in creating multi-channel digital (SEM, PPC, Display, Social, Email) campaigns and able to manage multiple programs/projects at one time. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will partner with teams across the company to identify new areas of opportunity for us to explore. As the company grows, you will help to foster teams eager to continuously build, measure, and learn.
This role will work closely with (and report into) the Sr. Director of Marketing, Hologram’s culture allows and encourages experimentation, testing and lots of room for growth. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on digital marketing experience across a range of paid channels (display, SEM, social) as well as email marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Launch and optimize paid media campaigns on digital channels such as LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Facebook and other relevant digital platforms.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital initiatives and shares insights through reporting and business review meetings.
- Define which KPIs should be used to measure the success of the business and coordinates efforts with leaders to apply them.
- Identify potentially impactful trends and recommendations and uses their understanding of the business to present findings to internal stakeholders.
- Examine performance data and trends to develop insights and make recommendations for corrective actions and optimization.
- Define and manage the execution of test-and-learn experiments to improve business KPIs
- Accept financial accountability and maintains awareness of advertising budgets and business goals. Manage budget and maintenance to monthly/quarterly forecasts, with minimal guidance.
- Manage creative and development agency relationships and their work on creative campaigns.
- Uphold standards of performance within agency/partner relationships.
- Measure and report performance of the site and digital marketing campaigns
- Optimize online response and conversion rates via ad copy, landing page optimization, testing, and behavioral targeting.
- Manage and execute content updates on Hologram.io Project manage digital projects from initial intake and requirements scoping through development, sign off, QA, and launch insuring projects are delivered on time and to spec.
- Manage and execute our SEO content program across our digital properties Benchmark SEO strategy effectiveness (changes to rankings, traffic, conversions), derive insights, develop recommendations, and make decisions based on data.
