Remote Underwriting Support Technician

A managed healthcare and insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Underwriting Support Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Provide manual rates to the Sales and Underwriting teams for new business and renewals
Provide initial quotes to ancillary requests within allowable limits
Analyze health benefit plan characteristics and assess risks around frequency
Skills and Requirements Include:

1+ years of experience in a customer service role
High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with Microsoft Office Word
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
