A technology company is in need of a Remote Employer Branding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Craft compelling content and deploy it across recruiting channels
Analyze the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
Partner closely with Marketing teams, to align on talent brand opportunities across campaigns, events, and sponsorships
Required Skills:

Knowledge of recruiting channels
Familiarity with planning and executing recruitment marketing events at a large scale
Experience authoring content and owning marketing channels for content dissemination
Demonstrated ability to nurture strong partnerships across the company with key stakeholders
Excels at moving smoothly between audiences and adjusting priorities to maximize time with stakeholders
Previous experience developing employer brand strategies alongside recruiting and/or growth departments
