Project Manager – Trone – Remote

Trone is looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to liaise between our clients/partners/vendors and the internal team. This person will be focused on successfully managing the day-to-day workflow of multiple projects to ensure an exceptional overall experience for our clients. We’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Flawlessly manage, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, ensuring all deliverables (internal, client and partners) are on-time, accurate and within the decided-upon budget and statement of work (SOW).
• Assist in defining each project’s scope of work and objectives, developing new proposals for the project based on said SOW and objectives.
• Create a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the scope of work, schedule, and budget, as needed, and involve all relevant parties, when necessary, to ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage client expectations with the ability to recognize critical issues and resolve them strategically and diplomatically.
• Coordinate and attend/lead key agile project meetings (both internal and external), developing clear and concise meeting agendas for each one and maintaining monthly status reports for each client/project, as well.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and levels of experience.

Requirements

• PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM or greater). Agile experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree (business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred) with a minimum of 3+ years project management experience in any or all the following relevant fields: web development, digital marketing, branding, communications (digital/print), consumer packaging, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Must be able to prioritize projects while coordinating with team members internally to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both internally with team members and externally to clients, vendors, and partners.

• An innovative and forward-thinker with outstanding attention to detail.

Technology

• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, etc.)
• Jira, Basecamp, Monday.com or equivalent
• WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
