This talented individual will be responsible for developing and writing a wide array of marketing content included but not limited to reports, white papers, website copy, video scripts, infographics, email, blog posts, long and short-form articles, checklists, case studies, presentation slides, one sheets, event collateral, social posts, display ad copy, and more. The content writer will be an integral part of our marketing team and will join us in supporting our sales and lead-generation efforts as well as the continuous elevation of our company, technology, and brand within the audio space.

To be successful in this role, the writer will need to be capable of performing research when needed and have the ability to craft engaging content that is industry-specific and tailored to reach specific audiences.


We have a strong preference for this position to be in New York City, but remain open to virtual employees that live within a commutable distance to NYC (i.e. MA, CT, etc.).


  • Proficiency in researching and crafting thoughtful and engaging content for targeted audiences to help increase leads and conversions
  • Deliver conceptual thinking and on-brand copy writing across all channels & content types
  • Collaborate closely with members of our Marketing, PR, Client Success, and Product teams to develop storylines and copy across marketing campaigns & collateral, our website, etc.
  • Provide creative thought partnership with Marketing counterparts to support and elevate creative concepts
  • Demonstrate organized thinking with an innate ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to present copy concepts and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a strong collaborative approach that welcomes feedback with the willingness and ability to implement it into your copy throughout the process


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or similar field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a copywriting role
  • A digital portfolio of your work containing a range of experience in brands, project size & contribution is required. Please add your portfolio link at the top of your resume when you apply.
  • Ability to present creative ideas thoughtfully and thoroughly
  • Team orientated with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Deep understanding of digital and new media (audio/podcasting industry a plus)
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Expert at creating content that is optimized for SEO as well as lead-generation and conversions
  • Ability to work fast; able to quickly discern the needs of a project, and tackle a creative brief, concept write-up, document, or campaign
  • Expert at knowing how to work across several different channels and understand language nuances that reach a variety of demographics
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment and is comfortable with pivoting when necessary
  • Expert level in Microsoft word and Adobe Creative Cloud programs (emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop)
