The Role:
CM Group is looking for a product-led growth leader to drive conversion and activation of new customers to Campaign Monitor. This role will be responsible for building campaigns that drive educational content for new customers to support onboarding and adoption. The person in this role will create programs at scale that are informed by the customer lifecycle journey. This leader will partner across marketing, marketing operations and product stakeholders to build out our strategy while aligning with the solution roadmap.
This leader is a pro and highly experienced in building and executing product-led growth marketing strategies to optimize volume and conversion across Campaign Monitor’s SMB business customer base by delivering a seamless buyer experience. This person is fluent in SEO, paid search, keyword and content optimization, free trials/freemium models, testing and experimentation, affiliate programs; comfortable analyzing data and connecting dots across several data sources (Looker, GA, data warehouses); and highly experienced in optimizing the customer journey to expedite sign ups and conversion for the Campaign Monitor product.
In This Role You Will:

Create a digital conversion funnel and measure its effectiveness with the goal of rapidly scaling customer acquisition

Identify and measure KPIs to drive scalable growth

Build out Campaign Monitor’s activation strategy for sign-ups to accelerate adoption through education, events and affiliate programs

Partner and drive consensus with marketing, marketing operations and product stakeholders to design and execute end-to-end activation strategy

Build digital ad campaigns and strategy that optimizes spend and reduces customer acquisition costs

Work with our product and data analytics teams to identify friction points in customer funnels

Create A/B tests to reduce friction points, increase conversions, and accelerate time to value

Build a standard process of engagement between marketing, sales, and other departments to provide customers with the right support at the right time in their journey

Implement and prioritize digital marketing channels, including paid, social, email marketing, and SEO

Use data and metrics to communicate impact to executive leadership team and resources required to achieve goals

Develop flexible, repeatable program methodologies that can be scaled regionally and globally

Work cross functionally with a team of activation and lifecycle experts in product and marketing to innovate on customer engagement
Qualifications:

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence.

8+ years experience in marketing with a focus on product-led growth, lead generation, and engagement

Experience working with customer data platforms, tag management platforms, data management platforms, customer experience analytics platforms, web analytics tools and customer feedback platforms; specific experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker, data warehouses

Excels in a constantly evolving environment and is able to prioritize projects and communicate priorities

Clear communication style both written and verbal, as well as experience for building positive relationships across an organization
