The Role

As the Growth Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and consulting on all marketing aspects of your client’s organic search program. From constructing the overarching strategy to executing the tactical recommendations with a supporting team, you should feel comfortable recommending and managing a course of action for any SEO, UX, CRO, paid or content marketing initiatives. You will be our key lead for your assigned clients and be expected to have conversations or presentations with C-level stakeholders. This role will have an opportunity to take the driver’s seat in controlling the success of the client’s program with PACIFIC. You will strive to become a trusted advisor to your client by providing solutions to their most pressing challenges in digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • You will own the strategy and execution of complex, large-scale, time-critical projects in collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams
  • You will work directly with marketing executives at high growth enterprise companies, providing growth recommendations and collaborating across organic, UX, CRO, and analytics initiatives
  • You will identify, evaluate, and prioritize scalable web platform and page-level SEO projects based on traffic and revenue growth opportunities
  • You will help build reporting and communicate pacing towards targets
  • You will drive performance marketing and coordinate with the Analytics team to perform analysis on organic traffic changes and communicate learnings and insights to partners
  • You will effectively manage your time across clients you touch
  • You will work with Content, SEO, and Paid Search teams to coordinate strategies and redirect them if needed based on a complete understanding of the account’s needs
  • You will report directly to the Director of Growth and have regular meetings to discuss team objectives, client health, upsell opportunities, and more

Your Background

  • SEO: You have at least 4 years of experience doing SEO at scale, technical SEO analysis, site architecture consulting, and page performance recommendations
  • Character: You are a charismatic leader who can deliver business success. You are a great brand ambassador who can coach and mentor those you work with
  • Data Analysis: Exceptional data analysis skills (you’ll drive the data analysis vision and execution for your projects in collaboration with our internal Analytics team)
  • Acquisition & Activation: Experience owning and driving successful user acquisition and activation strategies on mobile and desktop web
  • CRO: You can lead a conversion rate optimization program for any landing pages or site content your team touches including A/B testing, onboarding flows, and checkout flows for ecommerce brands
  • Content: Strong understanding of content marketing and content growth strategies
  • Tools: Experience working with a number of data and product tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira, etc.)
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present priorities, opportunities, challenges and business cases at both a high level and in detail to partner teams.
