Full Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager leads a team of Analytic and PPC Specialists while overseeing client performance, with a focus on marketing automation. You will be providing strategic direction on all client accounts and must understand the many facets of digital marketing and the role they play in the dental space. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Digital Marketing Manager will become a member of our Leadership Team as a subject matter expert in B2C digital marketing. You will contribute to company growth by developing our inter-departmental training and processes.

 

This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the US.

 


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Set goals and strategies designed to improve team and client performance
  • Manage, develop and lead a team of digital marketing specialists by serving as the escalation point for team challenges and conducting regular performance reviews
  • Utilize first-party data and industry knowledge to identify potential risks and create actionable strategies that ensure our clients reach their business goals
  • Define, test, and roll out new strategies and products, keeping the team focused on both innovation and excellent client service
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to solve client escalations, prepare for agreement renewals, and provide client wins that lead to package upsells
  • Break down advanced concepts in a way that is easily understood by clients and replicable by the CSM team, allowing them to understand and effectively communicate performance results and tactics
  • Work with other team leads to help develop and update clear internal processes that positively impact our efficiency and effectiveness
  • Be an active member of the Leadership team, brainstorm ways to improve Firegang, collaborate on team decisions, and assist with special projects as needed
  • Generate reports on a mid-quarter and quarterly basis

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking using various tools and systems
  • Experience leading and managing PPC, SEO/SEM, and funnel campaigns
  • Experience with running split tests, tracking results, and summarizing learnings
  • Ability to quickly learn and execute within our internal systems and technologies
  • Decision-making is based on a balance of both business and client needs
  • Technical knowledge and experience in marketing automation platforms
  • Proficient with HTML/CSS
  • Proficient with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Go High Level, Zoho, and/or Google a PLUS!
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency in journey mapping, data analysis, and KPI measurement
  • In-depth understanding of the relationship between Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Activities
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see the “big picture”
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new marketing tools quickly
