Full Job Description
Duties of the Digital Analyst:
- Devise strategies to drive relevant consumers to websites and social media platforms.
- Develop manage and report on digital marketing campaigns across the following platforms:
- Display
- Google (Search, Display and YouTube)
- Social Ad Platforms
- Facebook/Instagram
- SnapChat
- TikTok
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to campaigns throughout campaign lifespan.
- Manage paid search & SEO campaigns.
- Develop and manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness, promote conversions or drive revenue.
- Improve the usability, design, content and conversion rates of client websites by working with web developers and designers.
- Plan and control budget of digital marketing campaigns
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions & competitor data to then form feasible campaign solutions from that data
- Continue to keep abreast of new digital/social technology/tools/platforms best practices and successful strategies
- Assist with content marketing creation and distribution
- Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager environments on behalf of clients
- Make meaningful inferences from campaign metrics on monthly client reporting
- Manage reporting data connectors within Google Data Studio reporting dashboards
- Set up and manage online listings via our online reputation management platform
- Maintain relationships with vendors regarding SEO, SEM and other campaign platforms, when such activities are not managed directly in-house
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business or higher;
- Experience managing PPC, SEO and other digital organic and paid campaigns;
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices;
- Experience with digital display, search, social media and e-mail campaigns;
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
- Experience in understanding, analyzing, and meeting business goals
- Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Efficient time management
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment;
- Comfort with semi-regular direct contact with clients, on as-needed and reporting basis
