As our new Analytics & SEO Manager, you will be responsible for finding key insights across our website clients’ analytics, developing best-in-class SEO strategies and tactics, and providing data and reporting support for our marketing and fundraising clients. By leveraging your expertise in data analysis and SEO, you will help establish our agency as a leader in the field, driving innovation and excellence in service of our mission-driven clients.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze website analytics data to identify key insights and opportunities for improvement across clients’ digital properties and websites
  • Provide strategic support across website strategy and redesign projects
  • Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to client websites
  • Monitor search engine algorithms and trends to stay up-to-date on best practices for SEO and content optimization
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content development and optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. content, design, development) to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the website development process
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics tools to provide clients with regular insights into website and marketing campaign performance
  • Work with marketing and fundraising teams to set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to optimize website and marketing performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies related to analytics and SEO, and share knowledge and best practices with the team
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Interactive Strategies’ analytics and SEO capabilities by sharing insights, developing new processes and tools, and participating in thought leadership activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or SEO, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (specifically, GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices, including technical SEO, keyword research and analysis, content optimization, and link building
  • Experience with A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to optimize website and marketing performance
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, EveryAction, Marketo, or similar, and experience using data to inform email and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Nice to have: Experience with implementing pixels and Google Analytics Event tracking in Google Tag Manager
  • We are open to this being a remote position
